Determining the relationship between jehadi management and organizational popularity through spirituality at work among physical education teachers

Abstract
TThe aim of this study was to determine the relationship between jehadi management and organizational popularity through spirituality at work among physical education teachers in the cities of Momsani and Rostam. This study was applied and descriptive .The statistical population of this study was all physical education teachers in the cities of Momsani and Rostam, 89 people, of whom 77 people worked with the researcher as a sample using the total number sampling method. The data collection tools were the standard questionnaires of Jehadi Management by Beekzadeh et al. (2020), Organizational Popularity by Asadi et al. (2015), and Spirituality at Work by Niknam and Nasseri (2010). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson correlation coefficient, regression, and structural equations statistical methods were used to analyze the data inferentially. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between jehadi management and organizational popularity and spirituality at work, and there was a positive and significant relationship between spirituality at work and organizational popularity. The results of the study also showed that the relationship between jehadi management and organizational popularity through spirituality at work is positive and significant. Therefore, it is appropriate to pay special attention to jehadi management and spirituality at work in the target community in order to create organizational popularity (P ≤ 0.01).
