The method of this study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the research included all physical education teachers in Isfahan, numbering 572 individuals in the year 1403, from which 230 individuals were determined as the statistical sample based on the Krejcie and Morgan table and selected using stratified random sampling. The measurement tools were standard questionnaires on occupational characteristics, work ethic, job satisfaction, and the tendency towards a second job. Using Cronbachs alpha coefficient, the reliability coefficients of the questionnaires were found to be 0.85, 0.81, 0.83, and 0.75, respectively. Additionally, for data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient tests and stepwise regression, along with SPSS software version 22, were used. The research results showed that the observed r at the 0.05 level indicates a significant negative correlation between occupational characteristics and the tendency towards a second job among physical education teachers in Isfahan. Furthermore, the findings from the regression model showed that occupational characteristics are not effective in predicting job satisfaction and work ethic of physical education teachers. However, occupational characteristics are effective in predicting the tendency towards a second job among physical education teachers in Isfahan. Therefore, it is recommended that managers implement programs and measures to retain teachers in their jobs, focus on educating and training students, and prevent the potential resignation of these valuable assets. https://ntes.imamreza.ac.ir/article_235971.html The aim of this study was to model the causal relationship between serious leisure and perceived well-being of recreational cyclists, considering the moderated mediating role. This research is descriptive-correlational in nature and applied in purpose, conducted using a field method.The statistical population included recreational cyclists in Tehran who engage in cycling at least once a week during suitable seasons. Given the lack of precise statistical data, the population was considered unlimited, and based on Morgan's table, a minimum of 384 questionnaires were distributed using a convenience sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. The findings indicated that all direct effects were positive and significant. Additionally, it was revealed that satisfaction with leisure activities plays a positive and significant mediating role in the relationship between serious leisure and perceived well-being among recreational cyclists.The results suggest that balancing serious leisure and perceived well-being is a critical factor in enhancing satisfaction with leisure activities. Higher levels of commitment and motivation toward a specific activity lead to greater satisfaction and a more positive impact on perceived well-being.These findings underscore the importance of designing targeted leisure programs to promote well-being. https://ntes.imamreza.ac.ir/article_235972.html The purpose of the present study was to Designing a conceptual model for the development of sports among university staff using a qualitative approach to Thematic Analysis. The research method was qualitative and grounded theory was used. The statistical population included all employees of the Islamic Azad University, Kerman Branch with a total of 587 individuals, and the sample consisted of 14 people, selected purposefully, after reaching theoretical saturation. The data collection tool in this study was in-depth semi-structured interviews. For data analysis, the grounded theory qualitative method was employed, and MAXQDA2024 software was used to extract initial concepts. The findings indicated that the factors in developing sports among the employees of the Islamic Azad University of Kerman included causal conditions (facilities and equipment, general conditions of employees), contextual conditions (economic issues, cultural issues, social issues), intervening conditions (employees’ attitudes towards academic sports, senior managers’ attitudes towards academic sports, increasing facilities and equipment), strategies (planning, changing senior managers’ attitudes, employing successful models), and outcomes (improvement in physical and mental health, development of employee sports at the university). The method of the present study was descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose, which was carried out using SWOT analysis. The data collection method included library studies, the Delphi method, and finally a researcher-made questionnaire. First, information was collected through a library method, and then 15 sports management professors with expertise and experience in the field of sports and leisure marketing, managers and experts in the Iraqi Premier Football League were asked for their opinions on the developed items. The selected items were discussed among the experts, some were approved, and finally the final questionnaire was developed. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts, and the reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha equal to 0.83. To analyze the data, first, a matrix of internal and external factors was prepared and the SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies were extracted. Then, the strategic position was determined and the attractiveness score of each strategy was extracted. Finally, using a quantitative strategic planning matrix, strategies that match the attractiveness and strategic position of the Iraqi Premier League's fan attraction status were identified. To attract fans of the Iraqi Premier League in leisure and using digital marketing, four strategies were prioritized by experts: strengthening infrastructure to combat the decline in the quality of the league, developing international cooperation in the field of consulting, training and empowering coaches and players, and creating advertising campaigns to attract fans. https://ntes.imamreza.ac.ir/article_235974.html This study aimed to determine the role of Babol Municipality's Cultural and Sports Organization in developing public sports. This research employed a descriptive-applied survey methodology. Theoretical data were collected through library methods and empirical data through field methods. The statistical population included all citizens who had participated in public and civic sports under the management of Babol Municipality's Cultural and Sports Organization in 2023, and 384 individuals were selected as the research sample through simple random sampling using Cochran's formula. The data collection instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire with 24 items across 5 components: creating participation motivation (0.834), creating spaces and equipment (0.938), organizing recreational sports events (0.801), morning sports (0.745), and public sports education (0.720). Face validity was confirmed by professors and reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha test. Cronbach's alpha coefficients ranged from 0.720 to 0.938, indicating acceptable reliability. Finally, descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis in SPSS software. Findings showed that Babol Municipality's Cultural and Sports Organization's performance in creating motivation, creating spaces, equipment and safety for public sports, organizing recreational sports events, morning sports, and public sports education was below average, and no significant difference was observed between male and female participants' views regarding the organization's performance. It is recommended that this organization improve its performance through systematic planning, appropriate budget allocation for infrastructure development, and providing diverse programs for different target groups. https://ntes.imamreza.ac.ir/article_235975.html Leisure time, as one of the important aspects of lifestyle and cultural education, has always had a special place in the Supreme Leader's intellectual system. From a civilizational and strategic perspective, he considers leisure time not only as a time for rest, but also as a platform for spiritual, moral, cultural and responsible growth. This research aims to analyze the content of the Supreme Leader's statements about leisure time and to examine the extent to which his demands have been realized in Iranian society, using a qualitative approach and directional content analysis. The research data includes official statements of the leader between 1991 and 2005, which, after being extracted, coded and categorized, have been analyzed in the form of five main axes: 1) Elevating content, 2) Cultural justice, 3) The role of institutions and the media, 4) Moral refinement and lifestyle, and 5) Innovation and art. The findings show that in many of these areas, the leader's demands have not been realized or have been implemented incompletely. Weakness in cultural leadership, inequality in access to facilities, dominance of commercial over educational perspectives, and dominance of superficial media models are among the most important obstacles to the realization of these demands. Finally, solutions are presented to reform the institutional structure, promote cultural justice, and develop valuable content in leisure time.
